For questions regarding the appearance or health of a plant:
- Send us an email. Please make sure you let us know what plant you purchased and/or which department it is from. Include your phone number in case we have questions about the plant. If you can, attach a picture of the plant as well.
- It is best if we see it in person. You can bring a section of the plant or leaf material into the Garden Center in a sealed container or baggie, so that we can properly diagnose the problem.
