We offer a variety of services to help you achieve your desired plant and garden goals. Our staff is always happy to help–stop in or give us a call.

Delivery Services

We offer delivery throughout the city, with fees based on zip code. Delivery is by appointment only, and we cannot accommodate same-day service. You will be assigned a date and time slot.

Tree & Shrub Deliveries: Call 773-769-8217 or email [email protected].

All Other Deliveries: Call 773-878-5915 for a quote.

  • Plant inventory is not available online. To order plants for delivery, shop in person and select your items.
  • For soil, mulch, and fertilizers, you may call the store to place an order. All other items must chosen and scheduled for delivery in person.
  • The driver will unload your items at the curb for a contactless delivery. Please do not meet the driver outside or ask them to enter your property.
  • For large or heavy items, make prior arrangements for someone to help you move them indoors or up stairs.
  • If we’re setting up a Christmas tree, please keep pets and children away from the delivery area.
  • Firewood is bagged and will be unloaded at ground-level locations only, such as the driveway, garage, or back gate.

Repotting and Pot Drilling

Bring your plant or pot into the store and speak with a member of our Greenhouse staff to get started. Please consult with manager for pricing on bonsai and terrariums.

Repot your plants if you want to grow them larger or they are getting rootbound. The specialty repotting rate includes orchids, cacti, and delicate or toxic plants.

Without proper drainage your plant’s roots run the risk of rotting in soil that stays soggy for too long. For a small fee we can add drainage to your favorite pots. Only non-porcelain ceramics are drillable.
